Refund Policy | microdigm
General refund policy information for microdigm engagements and digital service arrangements.
Overview
This refund policy outlines how microdigm may approach refunds, credits, and scope adjustments for digital marketing, creative, and development services.
Because most services are strategy-driven and time-based, refund eligibility may depend on project stage, work already completed, and any written agreement in place with the client.
Project Deposits and Reserved Capacity
Initial deposits are typically used to reserve production capacity, begin discovery, and allocate strategic planning resources. For that reason, deposits are often non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is postponed or canceled before substantial work begins, microdigm may, at its discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future engagement.
Retainers and Ongoing Services
For recurring services, fees generally cover strategy, active delivery, communication, and reserved availability during the service period.
Refunds are typically not issued for completed monthly work, though service adjustments or future credits may be discussed in good faith when appropriate.
How Requests Are Handled
Any refund or credit request should be submitted in writing and include the project name, engagement date, and reason for the request.
Final terms should always be aligned with the signed client agreement, proposal, or statement of work governing the relationship.
